Hi, I’m Soma – Founder of FitnessBySoma, Certified Mind-Body Coach, and a firm believer in the power of transformation through movement, mindset, and self-love.
My journey into fitness began in 2008—not in a gym, but at a moment of personal crisis. After the birth of my second child, I found myself breathless climbing stairs, constantly unwell, and emotionally drained. At just 32, I was physically weak, mentally lost, and spiritually disconnected.
But deep inside, I knew this couldn’t be the life I was meant to live. I made a decision—to take responsibility, to rise, and to rebuild myself. I started working out, eating better, and taking care of my emotional well-being. The shift was powerful. I felt alive again—stronger in every way.
That transformation became the foundation of FitnessBySoma—a space created to help other women reclaim their health, confidence, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women from all walks of life, helping them reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable wellness habits, and create harmony between mind, body, and soul.
Today, I’m 49, a mother of two, and living proof that it’s never too late to change your story. I believe fitness is for everyone—regardless of age, size, or background—and I’m here to help you discover the strongest, most empowered version of yourself.
