Hi with the holiday season around the corner and the winters coming in strong things might get a little sketchy but your best bet is to plan ahead and remember a few things about food..

– clear out all the bad stuff you know will make you eat more

– keep healthy food in hand

– drink lots of water and green tea

– excercise research has shown even short burst of any physical activity which elevates heat rate is effective in controlling appetite.

– try and follow the rules given in earlier blog about stopping emotional eating.

– do meditation and yoga

– play games

– dance your heart out.

– enjoy with people you love

now how you can outsmart your eating strategy..

go for salads, lost of fresh fruits and veges.

add protein in every meal.

chew slowly time urself 20 minutes min to finish your plate that goes for restuarants and parties too.

shrink plate size, watch portions. anything more than your palm size leave it alone.. remember deserts and other fattening foods have to be even smaller.

add omega-3’s to your diet, fish, fish oil caps, flax seeds, walnuts.

keep a small bowl of mixed dry fruits in handy so you can have them throughout the day whenever you feel craving.

100% whole wheat is the name of the game. cut out refined absolutely even try and make cakes 100% whole wheat. remember you can relearn your tastes buds.

Bitter dark chocolates are in… you can have a little piece everyday infact whenever you feel chocolaty;) Its good for your heart, Its good for your moods.

Make sure your family and friends know that you are into healthy eating habits and you won’t compromise that for anything in the world. As you choose to live well…

Well guys I dont know If iI will get the time to blog again will try and send something while I am away . But hopefully I think I have tried my best to Put in everything which you already know::) So try and follow the protocols of healthy eating and exercise . Keep excuses at bay they will keep sneaking at you when you try the most but push them aside with a firm NO and they won’t return. Always remember you are more powerful than you realize.
